Marketplace Commissions Comparison 

The chart below was compiled on 11/9/2013. It compares the basic commissions & fees charged by the major online ecommerce marketplaces. These fees will apply to most sellers on Amazon, eBay, Sears.com, Newegg, Rakuten, etc. Note however, that it's not a comprehensive listing. For example, if you sell on Amazon and use their FBA program, I don't include those fees here. Sears, Rakuten, and Newegg also have their own 3rd-party fulfillment operations; these can be a great option for many sellers, but not everyone, especially if you have very low margin, or very large/heavy products.
